How do you like the walls in your home? Quiet? Bold? Colorful? Today I wanted to learn what is trending in wallpaper, and some recent articles helped me get there.
From https://www.vogue.com/article/how-to-use-wallpaper-and-what-to-buy-expert-tips I "landed" at the highly esteemed House of Hackney Emporium in London. If I were at all sleepy in the morning (and I'm not a morning person), these walls would give me instant energy. I could study these color schemes and pattern designs for days on end!
Go on and enjoy! Be inspired! And while you're there, check out their article about the House of Kate Moss to learn about their design process.
Then, stop by Vogue and find out how interior designers think about selecting wallpaper. I've always thought that knowing how a product will be used is imperative to designing the right product. Vogue's article is a great step in this direction.
I went one step further and visited the website of Cole & Son https://cole-and-son.com/ to view some spectacular wallpapers and fabrics.
Finally, the mock-up you see below is my Moonlit Grasses 12x12x150 design available in my Spoonflower store, https://www.spoonflower.com/en/fabric/11536308-moonlit-grasses-12x12x150-by-katie_stern_career_5 . It's also available as placemats, table runners, and napkins. At Spoonflower you'll find a variety of sizes of this pattern to meet your specific needs.
